Joe had over 30 years experience in the business world as a Senior Merchandising Executive prior to joining The Entrepreneur’s Source. He was responsible for the merchandising, marketing and stores teams. Following my retail career, I owned and operated Filta Environmental Kitchen Solutions, a franchise for 4+ years. 
My career has allowed me to experience living in many parts of the country such as; Albuquerque, NM, Portland, OR, Jackson, MS, Knoxville, TN, St. Cloud, MN, Milwaukee, WI, Warwick, NY, Pasadena, CA and Charlotte, NC.
I live in Charlotte, NC, with my wife of 30+ years and enjoy volunteering, golf, boating and spending time with my family and friends. Growing up in Pittsburgh, PA, I am an avid sports fan of the Steelers, Penguins and Pirates.
Throughout my career as a retail executive, small business owner, and coach I have enjoyed the role of helping, guiding, encouraging and supporting others to achieve their goals and reach their potential.
